Google My Business have added the ability for listing owners to create a short name for their Google My Business listing. This is especially useful when promoting the page such as showcasing info about your business as well as a handy link for customers or clients to leave a review.
You can choose your own suffix extension as an appendage to g.page/ and are allowed to change it up to 3 times a year, just in case you change business names or decide the one you’ve chosen isn’t quite right.
You can find the Short Name option in the control panel of your listing by selecting Info in the sidebar. The Short Name option is between the Phone Number and Website Address options.
